CATCH Program Enjoys Boston Breakers Game!

Breakers participated in clinic prior to the match

The Breakers and the East Boston Neighborhood Health Center’s CATCH program made a great team.

Thanks to a generous donor and the Boston Breakers, the East Boston Neighborhood Health Center’s CATCH program enjoyed a fantastic Soccer Night with the Boston Breakers at Dilboy Stadium in Somerville.

The CATCH program supports families in East Boston, Chelsea, Revere, Winthrop, Everett, Somerville and other surrounding towns who have children with complex medical issues.  In addition to great clinical care, having participants be active and enjoying activities outside the home is a strength of the program.

Each family who came to the soccer event was treated to a fun tailgate party, an awesome Umbro soccer ball, and an exciting hi-five experience with the Boston Breaker Team.  And of course, were able to watch a thrilling Breakers victory!

Earlier in the day, Breakers players Katherine Donnelly and Emma Thomson ran a clinic for the CATCH program in East Boston. Check out some photos from the event and the CATCH program at Saturday’s Breakers game!
